Bēhere is a family-centered education organization offering outdoor enrichment programs and community learning experiences for children and parents. As enrollment grew, Bēhere needed a system that reflected the trust families place in the organization—something calmer, clearer, and more reliable than forms and spreadsheets.
A calm, family-first enrollment platform designed to simplify how families register children for outdoor enrichment programs, while giving administrators a single source of truth for enrollment, rosters, and payments. As the founder of Bēhere, I led the product end-to-end—from defining the problem and data model to designing, building, and operating the system in production.

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
Enrollment was previously managed through a patchwork of tools—forms, emails, spreadsheets, and manual payment tracking. This created: High administrative overhead Fragmented family and child data Limited visibility into program capacity A stressful experience for parents making high-trust decisions The lack of a unified system made scaling programs difficult and time-consuming.
The Bēhere Enrollment App introduces a family-first data model where children persist across programs and enrollment builds over time.
Key features include:
The interface uses minimal visual noise and progressive disclosure to reduce cognitive load—especially during enrollment.
While the Bēhere Enrollment App began as a practical solution to enrollment and operations, it was designed with a longer horizon in mind.
By centering families, children, programs, and payments within a unified system, the app establishes a foundational layer for what Bēhere is building toward: a more cohesive, humane infrastructure for education outside traditional institutions.
In that sense, this project represents an early building block of a broader vision—an operating system for a new education economy—where tools grow organically from real community needs rather than abstract frameworks.

The enrollment app significantly reduced manual administrative work while improving the experience for families. Outcomes included: Centralized enrollment and family records Faster program setup and capacity tracking Clearer communication with parents A scalable foundation for future tools Most importantly, the system reinforced trust at a critical moment in the family journey. Beyond immediate operational improvements, the enrollment app created a stable platform upon which more advanced coordination, scheduling, and learning tools can be layered over time.
